Announcement of the selection of a fund services provider for Belgian Growth Fund II

On 26 October 2023, the Federale Participatie- en Investeringsmaatschappij / Société Fédérale de Participations et d’Investissement, has announced that it will sponsor the set-up of a fund called the Belgian Growth Fund II to invest in funds with a special focus on (any of or multiple of the following): later stage venture capital, growth financing and scale-up financing, and that a process to select a provider of fund management and administrative services on behalf of the fund has opened.

On 21 December 2023, the Federale Participatie- en Investeringsmaatschappij / Société Fédérale de Participations et d’Investissement has, on behalf of the fund, selected and appointed a consortium consisting of Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen NV and BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium NV as provider of fund management and administrative services.

As the process to select such provider of fund management services has been terminated, expressions of interest or requests for more documentation will no longer be accepted.
